THE PROBLEM
Unbox the Dress weren’t getting the best results from their campaigns because their previous agency didn’t implement effective automated workflows.
The designs used were not responsive, and the copy didn’t align well with the brand. As a result, their performance lagged, and the quality of their outcomes wasn’t as strong as it could have been.

To make more money from emails, you need more people on your email list. That’s why one of our top priorities when working with Unbox the Dress was to get more sign-ups. Before we came in, they had a pop-up, but it wasn’t designed well for both mobile and desktop, didn’t offer a welcome deal to encourage people to sign up. We also saw how much excitement their big sales create and used that to gather more sign-ups during those busy times. For example, we optimized pop-ups Mystery Discount.
BRAND VOICE AND IMAGE
Unbox the Dress has always had a heartfelt and romantic brand image, but when we reviewed their emails, some of them didn’t fully capture the sentimental and personal touch that the brand represents. We worked on making the brand image more consistent in their emails by aligning the design elements, such as matching CTA buttons with the brand’s soft and elegant color palette instead of using colors that felt out of place. We also streamlined the copy to make it more readable and focused on using words that resonate emotionally with customers.
Instead of generic terms, we centered the copy around the customer experience, emphasizing how the keepsakes from Unbox the Dress will make them feel and the memories they’ll cherish. This approach has been crucial in refining the brand’s message and turning readers into loyal customers.
